Does my insurance cover physical therapy?
Our clinic participates with most HMO and insurance plans. Your insurance benefits vary depending on your plan. Our office staff can assist you with the process required to approve benefits and start treatment. We require payment of your co-payment, if applicable, at the time of service unless other arrangements are made and approved by our office manager. Any deductible and/or co-insurance will be your responsibility at the conclusion of treatment. In a personal injury or motor vehicle accident injury where there is no insurance, we do accept a letter of protection from your attorney.

If you have a health insurance provider that is not on this list, contact our office and allow us to verify whether we participate with your plan.
